The Story
Tripura is one tiny state of India which has a diverse mixture of culture in course of time.
The name Tripura has many speculations but most popular is ‘tui’ (water) + ‘pra’ (near). It’s a land of diverse tribes: ‘Reang’, ‘Uchui’, ‘Tripuri’, ‘Santal’, ‘Noati‘, ‘Mog’ ,‘Lushai’ and many communities from mainstream India have come to Tripura and settled down here.
This trip is designed for enthusiastic travelers who are more into photography or tribal knowledge tours who like to go into the place and have a firsthand experience of knowing the place.
Regarding food, Tripura do have some exotic cuisines like Kosoi Butui, Muya bai wahan, Gudok. They have a local fermented drink ‘Chuak’ for their social occasions and ceremonies.

Day by Day
Welcome at the airport and then transfer to town. Night in hotel.
Full day exporation of Agartala. Night in hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Rupaichhari. Full day exploration of Mog and Tripuri communities. Night in Tourist Lodge.
Post breakfast, you will head to Bagafa to discover the Reang community in their villages. (Optional: Local lunch can be organized) Continuation to Udaipur. Night in hotel.
After breakfast your tour will take you to Kumarghat where you will have the pleasure to attend a cultural programme of the Darlong community. Night in basic hotel.
This morning you head for the Jampui Hills. On the way you will attend the cultural programme of the Chakma community. You will take your lunch at Kachanpur. After that there will be a sightseeing at the Jampui Hills. Night in Eden Tourist Lodge. Option: Trek to Jampui Lake (2 days/1 night)
Leave the beautiful forests and head to Unakoti where spectacular rock carvings await you. Take the longer route via NH 44 for a smoother ride and drive upto Dharmanagar. Return to Agartala. Night in hotel.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport. End of our services.
